FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
TIP OF THE ICEBERG
redbullsucks.com denied the first amendment

Redbullsucks.com web-site domain is denied the first amendment of the freedom
of speech. Redbull.com, another web-site domain, wants to confinscate redbullsucks.com, an A.C.T. Energy Drink domain owned by Carl B. Gamel III. Basically, for using the word redbull in his web-site name! As persuent to annex D of the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy, paragraph 4 parts a. and b.
Carl B. Gamel III is being accused of:
$ Having an identical or confusingly similar trademark.
$ Having no rights or legitimate interests in their domain name.
$ My domain name has been registered and is being used in bad faith.
This is all false and this is how:
G Their trademark are 2 fighting bulls face to face. My logo is on the can above in red.
G They are right about their second point, I don’t want rights, and an interest in their domain name. For me it would only be all bad!
G As far as registering and using part of their domain name in bad faith; wrong again or I would have used my domain, redbullsucks.com, as away to destroy redbull.com. Considering all their bad publicity about deaths related to Red Bull Energy Drink and their being ban in several countries. Which I have never stated on my web-site.
What happen to public awareness?
On Google search I found, as anyone else can, that there are over 90,000 articles and many allegations of death and emergency care to Red Bull Energy Drink in the last few years.
"Ever wondered what's in a can of Redbull Energy drink? The small print lists a host of ingredients and among them is Glucuronolactone, an artificially manufactured stimulant developed in the early 60's by the American Government.
Glucuronolactone was first used in the Vietnam conflict to boost morale amongst GI's who were suffering from stress and fatigue, but was banned after a few years following several deaths and hundreds of cases involving anything from severe migraines to brain tumours in personnel prescribed the stimulant.
That was in 1973 and Glucuronolactone is still banned for commercial consumption in America this day.

According to CBS, "The men rated themselves as less drunk after drinking Red Bull and vodka compared with drinking only vodka … but actually, they weren’t more coordinated after drinking Red Bull and vodka than with vodka alone. Visual reaction times and breath-alcohol levels weren’t better when vodka was mixed with Red Bull, the study shows."
In addition, because Red Bull is used to stimulate the body and "wake it up," it has the inverse effect of alcohol, which is classified as a depressant. According to WebMD, "alcohol tends to knock you out, and that is good in that it can prevent alcohol poisoning. But if you are taking something that will keep you going, you could raise blood alcohol to toxic levels."

"Countries like Norway, Denmark and France are so nervous about the can’s contents, they’ve banned the sale of Red Bull.
French nutritionist Isabelle Vanrullen, who works with the country’s food safety agency, says France banned the brew because of how the ingredients in Red Bull interact:"

In conclusion, this should prove my fairness to the redbull.com domain.
Why am I being denied my freedom of speech when other product owners are using all types of media everyday. They use product comparisions in commericials and advertisements in new paper, on product labeling, billboards, and even city buses!
